It's been a little difficult to get into things this week. I'm going to guess it was because Sunday was a holiday and my husband was home on Monday. Sunday I did a lot of walking and pushing a stroller so I got exercise from that. Monday I didn't really do anything except wash my car. Tuesday I did 7 minutes of level 3 on the 30 Day Shred then switched to Level 1 to finish it and I also did a fast mile with Leslie Sansone. Wednesday I did a little over 1 mile again. Thursday we went to a water park and I got most of my exercise from carrying both babies. That brings us to today. I haven't worked out yet, I'm waiting for morning nap. I bought a new Leslie Sansone DVD last night so I plan to do that and then clean my whole house. I will hopefully get back to doing the Biggest Loser DVD next week. Also in the next couple weeks I will be joining a 6 week challenge "The Biggest Mover" that focuses on the amount of exercise we do. I don't know all of the details yet but I am super excited about it! We are putting $5 in the pot and the one that wins, gets the pot!
This weeks results:
I lost 1.2 pounds and 6.5 inches! In 5 weeks that is 12.8 lbs and 22 in total! In the past couple of weeks I have also gone down a size in pants and I can wear a size medium top now!
Breakdown of inches:
Hips -2.5
Thighs -1.5
Waist -2
Bust -.5
Arms 0
I hope everyone else in "Weight Loss World" is getting the results you hoped for!

Week 4 results
Not the best results this week but I know why. Saturday night we ate Mexican food and I went way over my points. Then I only worked out one day this week since I was sick and all three boys were sick. Back to working out Monday! I'm also going to start the Belly Fat Cure (basically you get 15 grams of sugar and 6 servings of carbs a day, 1 carb serving= 5 to 20 grams) along with Weight Watchers to see if I get some better results. I'm sure I will need it after this weekend.
I lost 1.8 pounds and 2.5 inches.
Break down of inches:
Hips -.5
Thighs -.5
Waist -1
Bust 0
Arms -.5
Happy 4th of July everyone! (Happy Canada Day to my Canadian friends!) :)

That’s 7 pounds and almost 11 inches in two weeks! I am completely thrilled with my weight loss. I would love to lose more than 2 pounds a week but I am ok with it since that is what is recommended. If I continue to lose 2 pounds a week for 13 weeks (when we go to PCB), that’s 26 more pounds! 33 pounds total! AND I will be more than half way to my ideal weight!
I wish I would have lost a few more inches, especially in my arms and legs. I know it is a gradual process and I will eventually (hopefully!) lose more inches in those areas. I am now in the 180s so my goal for this week is to decrease my Weight Watchers points by one.
I'm off to a bad start so far this week. :( I didn't exercise at all yesterday. I need to step up my game as far as exercising goes this week. I wasn’t able to do much last week with my 14 year old sister being in town. (I know, I know, it's just an excuse! But I literally had an extra child to take care of.) So today’s plan is to do my walk video this morning and a Jillian Michaels or Biggest Loser video this afternoon with my SIL. Hopefully this will be the routine all week!
Good luck to all of the other ladies!

WW Day 7
I'm a little under on my points for the day but that means I get to have 2 tortillas instead of one on my quesadilla, along with some more cheese. I'm really excited about the cheese. LOL. Cheese has always been one of my favorite foods!
I was feeling a little discouraged after the day I had yesterday. It goes a little deeper than the whole bath ordeal. When I brought the boys out to the living room to get them dressed I noticed that Jayme had a DVD in his mouth, bitting it. It turns out it was his brand new Toy Story 2 that I bought him Monday morning. I put it in and it appeared to work then about a third of the way through it freezes. So, needless to say that was a wasted $15. Cody was also a little late getting him from work and those days tend to stress me out a little more because I don't make dinner until he gets home. On those days I usually feed the twins whatever I can find because they eat at 6:30 and go to bed by 7:30.
Anyway, I was determined not to let anything get in the way of me exercising today! All three boys napped today (Jayme only takes a couple naps a week now) so that gave me plenty of time. I did 2 1/2 miles in 33 minutes plus the 5 minute warm up. I also did 20 regular crunches, 20 oblique crunches (10 for each side) and 10 more regular crunches (I really had to push myself for those last 10) while waiting for my broccoli and cheddar to warm up. Who knows, I may get bored while watching tv tonight at decide to do some pushups or sit ups. Maybe I can get Cody to do it with me!

WW Day 6
Yesterday was a bad day! It started out as a good day (minus not being able to find my phone for 30 minutes). The boys were all in good moods and I was happy about being able to workout with my new DVD later in the day. Shortly after lunch Hunter got fussy so I sat on the floor so he could crawl over and sit with me. Shortly after Nathan decided he wanted to sit with us too, Hunter threw up all over all 3 of us. I ran to jump in the shower before I got sick. When I got out I put Nathan in the tub took Hunter's diaper off... it was poopy so I had Jayme go get the wet wipes. He came back without them so I ran to get them. When I got back Jayme said "There's poop in the tub" I look in and sure enough, there it was and Nathan was playing with it. I quickly get him out and spend 5 minutes disinfecting the tub. I finally got both boys in and they played for a few minutes. When I got them out and dressed I finally cleaned up the floor. By that point I was tired (I don't usually do bath time without Cody's help). This incident ruined the rest of the day! I didn't work out and I was about 3 points over for my daily WW points. I guess I will try to do 3 miles today which is about 45 minutes plus warm up and cool down.
On a better note, we had a yummy dinner last night! Here's the recipe incase you're interested. (I don't know the calories for it though). I got it from WeightWatchers.com

I feel so accomplished!
It looks like I am going to be right on target for my Weight Watchers points again today! Actually as of now I have 3 points wiggle room meaning I need to eat a little more. I ‘walked’ my first mile today with my new ‘5 Day Slim Down’ DVD. I feel like I could have done more than one mile but Jayme decided to play right at my feet near the end so I decided to stop. The workout wasn’t as intense as workout videos I’ve previously used BUT I am actually exercising when last week (even yesterday) I wasn’t doing anything! My legs were burning and I was sweating about half way through! My goal is to do at least 2 ‘miles’ tomorrow. I actually want to do this workout. With the other videos I would have to motivate myself half the day before I would get up and do them. I feel like this is something I can stick with and when I am able to do all 5 miles in a day, I will go back and try Jillian Michaels.
