WW Day 6

Yesterday was a bad day! It started out as a good day (minus not being able to find my phone for 30 minutes). The boys were all in good moods and I was happy about being able to workout with my new DVD later in the day. Shortly after lunch Hunter got fussy so I sat on the floor so he could crawl over and sit with me. Shortly after Nathan decided he wanted to sit with us too, Hunter threw up all over all 3 of us. I ran to jump in the shower before I got sick. When I got out I put Nathan in the tub took Hunter's diaper off... it was poopy so I had Jayme go get the wet wipes. He came back without them so I ran to get them. When I got back Jayme said "There's poop in the tub" I look in and sure enough, there it was and Nathan was playing with it. I quickly get him out and spend 5 minutes disinfecting the tub. I finally got both boys in and they played for a few minutes. When I got them out and dressed I finally cleaned up the floor. By that point I was tired (I don't usually do bath time without Cody's help). This incident ruined the rest of the day! I didn't work out and I was about 3 points over for my daily WW points. I guess I will try to do 3 miles today which is about 45 minutes plus warm up and cool down.

On a better note, we had a yummy dinner last night! Here's the recipe incase you're interested. (I don't know the calories for it though). I got it from WeightWatchers.com

  1. Sorry you had such a bad day Brook - it sounds extremely hectic! I hope Hunter is feeling better. I know with me, if I had had a bad day, or a day where I didn't exercise, that would have been the point where i would have started giving up again....so don't let that happen to you! :) I know it's going to be hard some days, but I know you can do it. And that dinner recipe sounds amazing - I will have to try that one :)
    Have a great day today!
